We currently offer video counselling only on the Wellin5 platform. We believe video counselling is the next best thing after in-person counselling and most importantly, that you are matched with the right counsellor. We are working on implementing text and email therapy in the future. Please reach out to our friendly client services team if you'd like to be added to our wait list for when this feature becomes available.
You do not need to download any software or an app to join your video session. All of your video counselling will take place on your Wellin5 client dashboard. Simply login and start the session.
