How do Subscriptions Work?

Subscriptions are Wellin5's new service that allows you to easily prepay for multiple sessions to use in a 30 day period. Bundling your sessions will cost less than buying the sessions individually and will allow you to set up a date and time with your counsellor in advance.

Subscription Plans

Wellin5 offers subscription plans for individual and couples counselling.

1. Yearly - This option allows you to prepay for your entire year and all your sessions in one convenient place. Your sessions are still based on month-to-month subscriptions but payments do not recur monthly.

2. Monthly - This option allows you to prepay for one month of sessions at a time. For more information on our subscription pricing please click this link: Pricing

Subscription Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew once every month for monthly or once annually for yearly.

Billing Cycle

Monthly:
Subscribe on January 31st 2021 -> February 28th (or 29th) 2021 -> March 31st 2021

Yearly:
Subscribe on January 31st 2021 -> January 31st 2022

You can cancel your subscription at anytime.

What if I don't use all my sessions?
Unfortunately, if you do not use all your sessions they will expire after the 30 day period. Wellin5 does not offer credit for sessions not used. We encourage you to prebook your sessions to make sure you get in with your counsellor within the 30 day period.
