How to See Your Wellin5 Account Balance

In order to view your Wellin5 balance, you'll want to check your Wellin5 profile. Here's how:

Step 1: Navigate to your profile pic in the top right of your Wellin5 home

Step 2: Click on your profile pic and select 'View Profile'

Step 3: View your Wellin5 balance

Pay-as-you-go Credits

Your Wellin5 balance or credits is simply the cost of your session minus tax. For example, a 60 minute individual session = 88 credits or a couples counselling session is 98 credits.

Subscription Credits

You will also be able to see your subscription sessions and renewal information here as well.
