> To cancel your appointment, go to your Wellin5 Home > Upcoming List and find the appointment you'd like to cancel.
> Click on the 'options' button.
> Click on 'Cancel'
> You will see a Cancellation modal pop up, asking you if you are sure you want to cancel.
If you are cancelling within 24 hours, you will be charged the full cost of the session. If you are cancelling outside of 24 hours, you will not be charged for the session and you can cancel or book a new session.
> To finalize the cancellation, click 'Cancel Appointment' or if you choose not to cancel, simply close the window.
