> To reschedule your appointment, you will need to first cancel your appointment and then book a new session.
First go to your Wellin5 Home > Upcoming List and find the appointment you'd like to reschedule.
> Click on the 'options' button.
> Click on 'Cancel'
> You will see a Cancellation modal pop up, asking you if you are sure you want to cancel.
If you are trying to reschedule within 24 hours, you will be charged the full cost of the session. If you are rescheduling outside 24 hours, you will not be charged for the session and you can cancel and book a new session.
> To finalize your reschedule, please first click 'Cancel Appointment' and then book in a new session.
> Next request a new session with your counsellor
Book a new Wellin5 appointment
Step 1: Click Book Session
Step 2: You will immediately be able to see your counsellor's availability.
Select the length of your session (30 min or 60 min for individual sessions), a time and date for your appointment.
Step 3: Enter your payment details
Wellin5 accepts any major credit card. This step will be bypassed if you have previously saved your credit card information.
Your appointment details and counsellor name will be listed at the top of your payment form.
Step 4: Complete your purchase & request your new appointment
You will see a success! modal appear. Your appointment request details will also appear showing the date, time and name of your counsellor.
Once your counsellor confirms your appointment, you will receive an email confirmation.
Step 5: Upcoming Appointment List
Your new requested appointment will now show on your Wellin5 Home under 'Upcoming'.
Step 6: Appointment Approval
Your counsellor will approve your session quickly. Once approved, your appointment will display as 'APPROVED' under your Upcoming list.
