To allow wellin5.ca to use your microphone and camera during your counselling session, please make sure to allow both your microphone and camera in your Chrome settings.
Allowing your camera:
Go to Chrome > More (Top right)
Go to > Settings
Go to > Privacy and Security
Select > Site Settings
Scroll down to Permissions > Select Camera
> Select Wellin5.ca
Make sure your Camera permission is set to 'Allow'
Make sure your Microphone permission is set to 'Allow'
Both your Camera and Microphone Permissions should say 'Allow'
Wellin5.ca should now have the permission to access both your camera and microphone.
