To allow wellin5.ca to use your microphone and camera during your counselling session, please make sure to allow both your microphone and camera in your Firefox settings.

When joining your Wellin5 video session, make sure to allow wellin5.ca to access your video and microphone:
If you haven't allowed your camera or microphone, follow these steps to allow your camera and microphone in your Firefox settings.
Allowing your camera:
Go to Firefox > Preferences
Under Preferences > Select Privacy and Security
Scroll down to Permissions
Select Camera > Select wellin5.ca and Allow
Select Microphone > Select wellin5.ca and Allow
Both your camera and microphone must be in 'Allow' mode in order for wellin5.ca to be facilitate your video counselling session.
