To allow wellin5.ca to use your microphone and camera during your counselling session, please make sure to allow both your microphone and camera in your Safari settings.
Allowing your camera:
Go to Safari > Preferences
Under Preferences > Camera
Click on wellin5.ca and select > Allow
Allowing your microphone:
Go to Safari > Preferences
Under preferences > select microphone
Click on wellin5.ca and select > Allow
Both your camera and microphone must be in 'Allow' mode in order for wellin5.ca to be facilitate your video counselling session.
