Please note: Safari is the only web browser used by Wellin5 on an iPhone or iPad. Please make sure to only use Safari when accessing your Wellin5 video counselling sessions.
To allow wellin5.ca to use your microphone and camera during your counselling session, please make sure to click allow when joining your Wellin5 session.
To allow your microphone and camera in your Safari settings. Go to your iPhone settings first.
Scroll down to Safari
Select Microphone and Camera and select Allow or Ask for both your microphone and camera.
Select 'Allow' or 'Ask' for both your camera and microphone.
Select 'Allow' or 'Ask' for both your camera and microphone.
Wellin5.ca should now have the permission to access both your camera and microphone.
