To allow wellin5.ca to use your microphone and camera during your counselling session, please make sure to allow both your microphone and camera in your Edge site settings.
Navigate to wellin5.ca, then click on the lock icon and select site permissions
Use the dropdown and make sure 'Allow' or 'Ask' is selected for both your camera and microphone.
You may need to refresh your page to see your updated camera and microphone settings.
Wellin5.ca should now have the permission to access both your camera and microphone.
