To allow wellin5.ca to use your microphone and camera during your counselling session, please make sure to click allow when joining your Wellin5 session.
If you do not allow Wellin5 to access your camera and microphone, you can turn on your access in your chrome settings.
Allowing your Camera and Microphone in your Chrome Settings:
To allow your microphone and camera in your Chrome settings. Go to more in your chrome browser.
Scroll down to Settings
In Settings, scroll down to Site Settings
Scroll down to Camera and make sure Camera is toggled to 'Ask First'
Do the same for your Microphone settings, make sure your microphone is toggled to 'Ask First'
