Joining your online video session on the Wellin5 dashboard is simple and easy!
You do not need to download any software or an app to join your video session.
All of your video counselling will take place on your Wellin5 home. Simply login and start your session.
✅ 1. Make sure you are logged in 5-10 minutes before the start of your session.
If your session starts at 4pm, make sure you are logged in at 3:50pm or 3:55pm.
This will give you time to complete the Audio/Video test prior to starting the session. The test can be done from your Wellin5 dashboard by clicking “Audio/Video Test” at the top of the page.
You will be taken to the page where you can test your video, sound, and internet speed.
✅ 2. You will see a 'Starting Soon' faded red button on your Wellin5, just ahead of your appointment time.
Wait for this to turn solid red to join your session.
✅ 3. At your scheduled start time, a red 'Start Session' button will appear on your Wellin5 home.
Click on the 'Start Session' button to join your video session.
You can leave and rejoin your video session at any time during your session. Simply click on the 'end' button at the bottom of your screen to leave or click on 'Start Session' to rejoin.
When using your cellular phone to join the session, please keep the following tips in mind:
- Hold the mic close to your mouth so your counsellor can hear you
- Speak clearly and keep background noise to a minimum
- Keep the camera steady
This will ensure the best possible connection and session experience.
