In order to have a successful online counselling session on Wellin5, it is important that you have a good internet connection. This will help avoid any connection issues or interruptions.

If you are not in your Wellin5 counselling session:
Reboot your computer
Check your wifi: Make sure you are connected to a strong wifi connection with all 3 bars filled
Restart your modem: Unplug, wait 1 minute and plug in again.
Check your wifi: Your wifi speed should be at least 15mpbs upload and download speeds, feel free to check your speed here: speedtest.net
Check with your internet provider: Call your Internet Service Provider for assistance.
